Scope: This recreational space is now home to 11 professional-grade courts, offices, warm-up areas and an event space. Each Ace location offers a variety of programs and events for both Members and guests like clinics, tournaments, social mixers and more. B. Tait entered this contract with ambitious timeline goals which we met in accordance with the ownership’s ideal grand opening timeline. The scope included joining two in-line tenant spaces to allow for an expansive multi-court layout.
