Scope: Designed to support Talay Trailers’ expanding operations, this design-build project involved demolition of existing facilities and the construction of a new state-of-the-art trailer facility. B. Tait led site redevelopment and ground-up construction, delivering a modern building with a full interior fit-out, including finished restrooms, flooring, and millwork, resulting in an efficient space built for long-term operational success.
